Introductions

For over 45 years, Pneumax has represented Italian excellence in the world: three business units dedicated respectively to Industrial Automation, Process Automation and Automotive, manufacturing pneumatic components and systems, electric actuators and components for the control of liquid and gaseous fluids, by integrating mechanical, electronic and digital skills.

All of Pneumax activity is concentrated in the 10 production units of the Pneumax Group based in Italy. Seven of those units are located in the Pneumax Spa headquarters in Lurano (Bg). In addition to those production plants there are three other companies in the Group: Titan Engineering (San Marino), AutomationWare (Martellago-VE) and Simtech (Lurano-BG).

Main product series

The PNEUMAX product line covers a wide range of pneumatic automation components, which are widely used in fields such as intelligent manufacturing, electronics, food, medicine, logistics, etc

Cylinder series

• 1200 series: Mini and standard circular cylinders, suitable for compact spaces.

• 1300 series: Square cylinder, sturdy structure, suitable for complex working conditions.

• 1400 series: Air oil conversion speed control cylinder, achieving stable speed, acceleration or intermediate stop.

• 1500 series: short stroke cylinder.

• 1600 series: rodless cylinder, saves installation space, suitable for long stroke applications.

Electromagnetic valve and control valve

Including two position three-way, two position five way, three position five way solenoid valves, as well as micro valves, high flow vacuum valves, etc., supporting various pipe diameters and pressure requirements.
